Redevelopment of 55 Westervelt Ave.
The land on 55 Westervelt Ave. has been abandoned for years and the time has come for some serious talk
on redevloping the area to improve the appearance of the property and to get more tax ratables for our town. Although
all back taxes must be paid on the property and any redeveopment would need to provide amble parking so not to cause parking
problems in the area.

Flood Control
For too long the area around Goffle Road and Wagraw has been plagued by flooding. Studies must be done and plans implemented
so that this problem can be dealt with once and for all.
