Welcome to our web site, VoteJarvis.com!
Many of you may remember this site when I ran for Congress
and Town Council. Although I am not running for any office yet I would like to keep people informed on what I believe
is going on in national and local politics. As always, feel free to read through the site and email if you have
any questions or comments.

Thanks for the questions
I would like to take this time to thank all the people who have emailed questions to me. I am pleased to answer
all questions as best I can and hope they help in making your choice for who to represent you. I would also like to
thank the students at the Academies @ Englewood for the opportunity to speak to them. I was impressed by the questions
that they asked and am pleased to see them involved in the political process at a young age. Now only 10 more days to
Election Day, let us try and get as many votes as possible to show those in office that we as Americans know that there are
more than just two choices.

Time to get serious with North Korea
After the nuclear testing done by North Korea the world community and the US has not done nearly enough to punish them
for their blatant violation of world opinion. For years the UN has not been able to do anything to stop North Korea and
now we are all paying the price of a nuclear armed country. The sanctions being proposed by the UN are ineffectual
in ending the regime in North Korea and don't even go as far as to ban all weapons from entering that country.
It is time for the US to take a firm stand against North Korea by cutting all exports to them including fuel and food.
Also, the US should not yield to North Korea's demands for bilateral talks, we can not give into nuclear blackmail anymore.
The US must finally send a strong message to North Korea, and to other countries that go against world opinion, we will not
deal with them.

Running a campaign is a significant challenge. It is difficult to get a message out to as many people as possible in
a short time. Also since my campaign does not accept any campaign contributions this web site is a great way to quickly introduce
ourselves and educate visitors on the key issues of the campaign.
We hope you'll find the information you need on
this site to make an informed decision. We look forward to hearing from you if you have any questions or need further information.
